- Basic Policy

Carnevale Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “CARNEVALE”) hereby establishes the following stipulations pertaining to the handling of private information in the possession of CARNEVALE, based upon Japan’s Private Information Protection Law and related laws and ordinances, the guidelines and policies determined by Japanese government ministries. CARNEVALE shall manage private information by following these written above.
Private information indicates the name of customer, address of customer, phone number of customer, e-mail address of customer and any other information that enables to recognize the individual and the customer-specific information.
- Use of Private Information

Private information acquired by CARNEVALE shall be used for the purpose of acquisition of the private information itself only.
Notice shall be given in case of the use that exceeds the purposes at the time of acquisition.
- Management of Private Information

CARNEVALE shall manage and store private information under a strict control system, making every possible effort to strengthen the level of security to ensure that the information of the parties is not lost, destroyed, falsified or divulged to third parties.
- Disclosure of Private Information to the Third Party

Private Information shall not be disclosed or provided to any third parties except in cases described in following sentences.
・In case customer herself/himself agrees with disclosure or providing of her/his private information.
・In case private information is in a state of that no individuals are able to recognized.
・In case disclosure of private information is required by laws and ordinances, the guidelines and policies determined by Japanese government ministries.
・In case disclosure of customer's private information is necessary for the protection of a person's life, the protection of personal body and the protection of personal property, and it is difficult to receive the agreement of customer herself/himself.
・In case CARNEVALE needs to cooperate with accomplishment of mission of Japanese government and local governments or the third party that is commissioned by Japanese government or local government that is mandated by laws and ordinances, the guidelines and policies determined by Japanese government ministries.
・In case CARNEVALE is formally required to disclose the information following laws and ordinances, the guidelines and policies determined by Japanese government ministries by court, Public Prosecutor's Office, Police, Bar Association, consumer affairs bureau and the parties that has quasi-authority.
- Disclaimer of Personal Information

CARNEVALE shall not be responsible for any acquisition of private information by third parties in cases described in following sentences.
・In case customer herself/himself discloses her/his private information to the specific corporation.
・In case the individual is able to be recognized by the information which customer herself/himself or other customer filled in.
・In case the third party except the customer herself/himself acquired the information that enables to recognize the individual.
・In case the customer herself/himself provided her/his private information on the linked website of CARNEVALE's website.
- Disclosure/Amendment/Deletion of Personal Information

Customer who submitted her/his private information shall be able to require CARNEVALE to disclose her/his private information to the customer her/himself only, or be able to require to delete her/his private information at any time
In case there is any mistake in private information as the result of disclosure, the customer shall be able to require amendment and deletion of her/his private information.
CARNEVALE shall immediately make amendment to the correct information or immediately delete the information by requirement given by customer her/himself.
The inquiry regarding to handling private information shall be sent to CARNEVALE by an e-mail form.
